Welcome to Bethlehem Covenant's online ministry. The sermon this week (May 18th) focused on Jesus' commission or task given to His disciples. This Sunday was Trinity Sunday and so the focus was also on God as triune--Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus says we are to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Disciples are those who follow Jesus in thought, word and deed. Jesus tells us to make disciples, not converts, and there is a difference.
Here are some upcoming events on our calendar: Board Meeting--Tuesday May 20th. Bible Study--this Thursday at 7pm at church. Sunday, June 8th
Save the date! This will be Children’s Sunday and Confirmation Sunday. That afternoon following the festivities at church, we will have our annual church picnic at the Strozina home on Packachaog Street in Auburn. All are welcome. Bring your bathing suit if the weather is warm and you want to go swimming.
