Welcome to Bethlehem Covenant's online ministry. The sermon title for February 3rd asks the question: "Do You Fear God?" We all have our fears--whether it be fear of snakes or losing your job or dying of cancer. Fear has been a human emotion almost since the creation of the world. The Bible says we should fear God--but in what way? Many people have the wrong idea about what a biblical sense of fear is really all about. We are told to fear God, but then Jesus tells His disciples over and over, "Do not be afraid." What do we make of it all?
Here are some upcoming events on our calendar:
Worship Team Rehearsal--Tuesday the 5th at 6:30pm.
Bible Study--Thursday at 7pm. We are finishing our study of John's Gospel.
Ash Wednesday Service—here at Bethlehem this Wednesday the 6th. The service will be at 7pm. This is a combined worship service with our friends from our sister church, Salem Covenant in Worcester. The second part of our congregational annual meeting will take place after the worship service on February 10th. Annual reports will be presented at this time and any other new business will be discussed. Please have annual reports to Sue Strozina by Sunday Feb. 3rd if possible.
