The sermon this Sunday (March 30th) focuses on the fact that Christ is still risen.  Last Sunday being Easter, there were many people in church.  Why don't they come back the following week--Christ is still risen this week and the week after that.  He keeps coming into our lives--He is still working in us and in our church and in our world.  But too often we act like Jesus worked in the past and He may again work in the future, but for right now His hands are tied.  No, quite the contrary.  Rather, we are Christ's hands so to speak--we are His followers, His disciples charged with carrying on His work in the world now.  We are the church of Jesus Christ.  Christ is risen and still active among us.
