Welcome to Bethlehem Covenant's Online Ministry. 

Today is Palm Sunday!  This is the start of Holy Week.  Today we mark the "triumphant entry" of Jesus into Jerusalem.  The crowd of disciples hails Jesus as King and shouts of peace, but they don't see Jesus as He really is.  They think He has come as a political liberator, one who will bring freedom from Caesar.  Jesus comes to bring something deeper and better--freedom from sin and peace that passes understanding.  Some of those who praise Jesus this day call for His crucifixion just days latter.  Where do we see ourselves in this passion parade? 

Here are some of our upcoming events:

Maundy Thursday Service—Thursday, April 5^th at 7pm.  Join us for this service as we celebrate Holy Communion together and remember the betrayal of our Lord. 

Car wash—Saturday April 7^th from 9am-12pm at church.  This will benefit our CHIC fund.  Come get your car washed just before Easter Sunday and support a good cause at the same time.  

Easter Sunrise Service—at Greenwood Park near parking lot.  Pastor Dave will be assisting Rev. Avis Hoyt-O’Connor from the Methodist Church.  Christ rose early from the grave, so you too should rise early and join us at 6:30am for the service. 

Easter Breakfast—tickets are available today from Gigi Zepp.  There is no cost, but we need to know how many are coming.  Donations are welcome and benefit summer camp for our youth at Camp Squanto in NH.
