This Sunday marks the fifth and final Sunday in the season of Lent. Next Sunday is Palm Sunday and then it will be Easter. Today's message focuses on the greatness of Christ. The Apostle Paul says he considers everything else a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus for whose sake he has lost all things. Amazing to think about. Do we have that sort of view of Jesus; that sort of devotion to Him?

Lenten WorshipService --Wednesday, March 28th—at Emanuel Lutheran Church. THERE WILL BE NO SOUP SUPPER THIS WEEK—just the worship service at 7pm. All Quinsig Village clergy will take part in this service.
Game Night—This Friday at the parsonage.Come to Pastor Dave and Elizabeth’s home at 6:30pm and bring your favorite game or games with you.Adults and kids especially are welcome.We have plenty of room to have a variety of games going on at once.We would like to make this a monthly event for families.
Maundy Thursday Service—Thursday, April 5th at 7pm.Join us for this service as we celebrate Holy Communion together and remember the betrayal of our Lord.
Choir practice--Sat. March 31 at 5pm.
Easter Sunrise Service—at Greenwood Park near parking lot.Pastor Dave will be assisting Rev. Avis Hoyt-O’Connor from the Methodist Church.Christ rose early from the grave, so you too should rise early and join us at 6:30am for the service.
Easter Breakfast—tickets are available today from Gigi Zepp.There is no cost, but we need to know how many are coming.Donations are welcome and benefit summer camp for our youth at Camp Squanto in NH.
